To create a new issue click “+Issue/Risk”. To edit an existing issue click its title. This will open the Issue/Risk dialog box.

In the Issue/Risk edit dialog, you can:

  • Name the issue
  • Define its status, severity and probability
  • Identify the steps for corrective action
  • Link it to tasks in the task tree 
  • Define the streams to which it belongs to (text field)
  • Assign responsibility
  • Attach relevant files

You can also mark key issues as deal breakers. Non-admin users will only see the issue if it is linked to a task that they have access to.

Case in point: Issues identified in the due diligence phase can be linked to relevant integration tasks.
